Orders

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including pricing errors, product availability, or suspected fraud.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment is required at the time an order is placed unless otherwise stated.

Pickup Orders

Customers are responsible for picking up their orders during the scheduled pickup window. Orders that are not picked up at the agreed-upon time may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Shipping Orders

Shipping is available only for select products. Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are the responsibility of the shipping carrier. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for additional details.

Returns & Refunds

Because our baked goods are perishable, all sales are final. Please review our Returns & Refunds Policy for complete information.

Allergens

Products are prepared in a home kitchen that handles common food allergens, including but not limited to wheat, milk, eggs, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts. While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee that any product is free from cross-contact. Customers with food allergies should consume our products at their own discretion. The Messy Apron is not liable for allergic reactions.

Product Information

Because every item is handmade, slight variations in appearance, color, size, or decoration are normal and do not affect quality.
