Q: Do you sell your recipes?

A: I will have a self published cookbook available soon!

Q: How far in advance do I need to place an order?

A: The Messy Apron is a single person run bakery! Please inquire about an order at least 4 weeks ahead of time. However, the more in advance the better!

Q: Do you do tastings?

A: I do not but you are more than welcome to purchase one of our small bags of cookies to taste our flavors!

Q: Can you do vegan or gluten free?

A: Yes!! Please let me know ahead of time. Vegan is priced slightly higher.

Q: Can you ship to me?

A: Yes! I ship a week ahead of time to ensure your order arrives on time for your event. Yes- they will still be fresh, don’t worry! Please let me know when placing your order that you will need shipping.

Q: Do you deliver?

A: Yes! Only to local Raleigh customers and currently Greensboro customers.

Q: How are the cookies pacakged?

A: Every cookie is individually packaged in a heat sealed bag. This will keep them fresh for at least a month. You can also freeze your cookies in an air tight container for 3-6 months. To bring them back to room temperature without ruining the icing, please leave the cookies inside the air tight container when placing it on the counter to thaw. Do not open the container.

Q: Do you prefer creative freedom or exact ideas?

A: Like many other cookiers, I definitely prefer creative freedom. It allows me to be creative and come up with a set that will perfectly fit your theme/color scheme. I cannot duplicate any other cookier’s work.
